About Franklin Blackstone III

Frank Blackstone has over 20 years of business law experience, and has been a partner in private practice with several firms including Mintz Levin and LeClair Ryan in the Washington DC area and Godwin & Ronquillo in Dallas Texas. Prior to private practice, he served as Associate General Counsel and Senior Attorney at EDS (now HP Enterprise Services), where he handled outsourcing and complex licensing agreements, litigation and employment matters, intellectual property issues, and managed numerous internal and external resources and budgets.

Frank Blackstone is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Texas as well as, before several U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his B.A. from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in 1987.
